ZCZC MIATWOAT ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 PM EDT TUE AUG 30 2016 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Gaston, located well east of Bermuda, on Tropical Depression Eight, located south of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina, and on Tropical Depression Nine, located over the southeastern Gulf of Mexico. 1. A weak area of low pressure, associated with a tropical wave, is located over the far eastern Atlantic near the Cabo Verde Islands. Environmental conditions are expected to become a little more favorable for some gradual development of this system late this week while it moves westward at 15 to 20 mph over the tropical Atlantic. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent * Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent Forecaster Pasch
