ZCZC MIATWOAT ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 200 AM EDT SUN SEP 4 2016 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Post-Tropical Cyclone Hermine, located off of the mid-Atlantic coast of the United States. 1. A tropical wave, accompanied by a broad area of low pressure, is located about 250 miles east the Lesser Antilles. This system continues to produce a large area of cloudiness and showers, and is likely producing winds to near tropical storm force. Upper-level winds are forecast to become less conducive for any significant development of this disturbance while it moves westward at 15 to 20 mph through the Caribbean Sea this week. Regardless of development, this disturbance will produce locally heavy rainfall and gusty winds, possibly to tropical storm force, over portions of the Lesser Antilles this afternoon through early Monday. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent * Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent Forecaster Stewart
