ZCZC MIATWOAT ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 800 PM EDT SAT OCT 1 2016 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Matthew, located over the south-central Caribbean Sea. 1. A broad area of low pressure associated with a tropical wave is located about 600 miles east of the Leeward Islands. This system continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms and strong winds north of the center.
