A trough of low pressure is producing disorganized showers and a few thunderstorms over the western Atlantic, generally between Bermuda and the Bahamas. There is a slight chance that this disturbance could briefly acquire subtropical characteristics while it moves northeastward during the next day or two before it merges with a cold front.
