For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Depression Three-E, located about 1440 miles east- southeast of
Hilo,Hawaii. Three-E is expected to move into the Central Pacific
Hurricane Center area of responsibility on Saturday.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.

WMO header WTPZ33 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP3. 
Forecast/Advisories on Tropical Depression Three-E are issued under
