For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Depression Boris, located about 1200 miles east-southeast of Hilo, 
Hawaii. Boris is expected to move into the Central Pacific Hurricane 
Center area of responsibility this afternoon. 

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.

Public Advisories on Tropical Storm Boris are issued under WMO 
header WTPZ33 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP3. 
Forecast/Advisories on Tropical Storm Boris are issued under WMO
