For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami is issuing advisories on 
Hurricane Douglas, about 1,200 miles east-southeast of Hilo, 
Hawaii. Douglas is expected to move into the Central Pacific 
Hurricane Center area of responsibility tonight.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
