For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, is issuing 
advisories on Tropical Storm Felicia, located around 1300 miles 
east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Felicia is forecast to move into 
the Central Pacific Hurricane Center area of responsibility by 
Tuesday evening as a Tropical Depression.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
