For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida is issuing 
advisories on Hurricane Linda, located about 2100 miles east of 
Hilo, Hawaii. The latest forecast indicates that Linda could move 
into the Central Pacific Hurricane Center's area of responsibility 
as a weakening tropical storm as soon as late Thursday.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 
days.
