ZCZC HFOTWOCP ALL TTAA00 PHFO DDHHMM Tropical Weather Outlook NWS Central Pacific Hurricane Center Honolulu HI 200 AM HST Tue Aug 17 2021 For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W: The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, is issuing advisories on Hurricane Linda, located about 1850 miles east southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. The latest forecast indicates that Linda could move into the Central Pacific Hurricane Center's area of responsibility as a weakening tropical storm as early as late Thursday.
