ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1100 AM PDT FRI MAY 29 2015 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Andres, located nearly 800 miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. 1. A weak low pressure system located several hundred miles south of Acapulco, Mexico is accompanied by disorganized cloudiness and showers. Upper-level winds are not expected to be favorable during the next couple of days while the system moves slowly westward to west-northwestward, but they are forecast to become more conducive for development by early next week. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent * Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent Forecaster Stewart
