ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 500 PM PDT TUE JUL 21 2015 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: 1. An area of low pressure centered about 550 miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula is producing a large area of showers and thunderstorms. Strong upper-level winds are still inhibiting the development of this low. However, only a small decrease in those winds should result in the formation of a tropical depression during the next day or so.
