ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1100 AM PDT WED JUL 29 2015 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Eight-E, located about midway between the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula and the Hawaiian Islands. 1. Showers and thunderstorms continue to become better organized in association with a low pressure system centered about 1350 miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Environmental conditions are conducive for additional development, and if these trends continue, a tropical depression could form later today or tonight while the system moves west-northwestward at about 15 mph. * Formation chance through 48 hours...high...80 percent * Formation chance through 5 days...high...90 percent Forecaster Berg
