ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL 1100 PM PDT MON JUL 11 2016 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Celia, located more than 1000 miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula and on Tropical Depression Five-E, located a couple of hundred miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico. 1. An area of low pressure is expected to form several hundred miles south of the coast of Mexico later this week. Environmental conditions are forecast to be conducive for development, and a tropical depression could form over the weekend while the system moves westward to west-northwestward at 10 to 15 mph. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent * Formation chance through 5 days...medium...60 percent Public Advisories on Tropical Depression Five-E are issued under WMO header WTPZ35 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP5.
