For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Blas, located a few hundred miles southwest of the southwest coast 
of Mexico.

The National Hurricane Center is also issuing advisories on recently 
upgraded Tropical Storm Celia, located more than one hundred miles 
south-southwest of the coast of El Salvador.

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
