- 1 August 2011: Projects begin
- 1 February 2012: Semi-annual and renewal reports due
- March 2012: PI makes presentation at the IHC and possibly meets with NHC points of contact.
- 1 June 2012: PIs make preparations for and begin real-time testing and evaluation during 2012 hurricane season.
- June 2012: Second year of funded activity for renewed projects begins.
- 3 August 2012: Year-one annual progress reports due.
- 28 February 2013: Semi-annual year two report projects due.
- March 2013: PI makes presentation at the IHC and possibly meets with NHC points of contact.
- 3 August 2013: Final reports due.
- December 2013: Decision on operational implementation of the all projects by the NHC Director.
