.SYNOPSIS...An upper level trough is causing thunderstorms 
across the area. This will persist through tonight with a chance
of heavy rain, frequent lightning, and gusty winds. High 
pressure centered SE of Bermuda will maintain primarily moderate 
trade winds over the region into Thu night. Winds and seas will 
diminish Fri into Sat night as the high pressure shifts east of 
the area, becoming gentle to moderate into early next week.
