.SYNOPSIS...Fresh to strong gap winds will pulse during the
night time hours offshore of the Papagayo region through the
period. Rough seas will accompany these winds. Moderate to fresh
north winds in the Gulf of Panama will diminish by early this
afternoon. Elsewhere, gentle to moderate winds and moderate seas
in southerly swell are expected through early next week. 
Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected over the 
offshore waters of Colombia, and mostly over the outer offshore 
waters of Panama and Costa Rica through Sun night.
