.SYNOPSIS...N swell generated by the gale-force gap winds in the
Gulf of Tehuantepec will bring rough seas to waters well offshore
Guatemala into Sat. Fresh to strong winds will pulse nightly in 
the Gulf of Papagayo, with moderate to locally fresh winds
pulsing nightly in the Gulf of Panama. Gentle breezes and 
moderate seas will prevail elsewhere.
